Kaylee's Birthday and Easter

She's three! She's three? Already?

I think that probably one of the most popular parenting phrases is "They sure grow up fast." Well it's popular for a reason! Three years ago we had no idea how our lives were about to change; yet it feels as though she's been in our family forever. We love our little princess so much! She makes living life so exciting! Sure, there are many 'pull my hair out' moments, but we wouldn't have it any other way!

Kaylee and Tyler (usually) have so much fun together. So glad that they'll get to grow up together. Just wait until Zack gets in the mix!!!

We took a trip to the LA Zoo on Saturday for Kaylee's bday. It was a blast! The weather was perfect and the kids had a lot of fun seeing all of the different animals.

A visit from Pops and Meme

This past week Jared's dad and his wife, Mary Ann, came out to visit and meet Zackary for the first time. We has such a blast! The couple of days were filled with crafts, sidewalk chalk, walks, hopscotch, frozen yogurt and lots of presents, of course! Here are some pics telling the story...

And here the girls are making some jewelry. This was the only pic that we could get of Kaylee were she was somewhat looking at the camera (notice her legs up in the air)! She didn't want to take pictures; that takes away from playtime!

We went out to the Olive Garden too (we go there every time they come). Kaylee got a birthday cake too! It was hilarious when the servers came out to sing Kaylee happy birthday in the Italian Olive Garden way. After they were done, Kaylee said "What was that noise?" We all got a good laugh at that (including the poor workers that sang the song!).
