Kaylee turned 5 months old today. My how time flies! She had her 4 month check up on Aug. 24th (even though she was closer to 5 months). She weighed 15 lbs. 12 oz. and was 25 1/2 inches long. This puts her in the 75th percentile for weight and height. She got 4 more shots and ended up getting a fever that night as a result. No fun!
This last week was quite hot! Yesterday it was 101 degrees, which everyone knows is perfect barbecuing weather, right?. Well we decided to escape the heat, we would let Kaylee go swimming for the first time this weekend. She really enjoyed the nice cool water (after the initial

Kaylee wasn't quite sure what the funny things on her feet were, but she'll learn that every outfit needs a good pair of shoes, right?!

ReplyDeleteI love how you have already taught Kaylee to accessorize. The hats and flip flops complete the outfits. She's a lucky little girl to have so many aunts and grandma's to dote on her.
