This is going to sound cheesie, but it is so true that you never really know the love of a parent for a child until you experience it for yourself. We both just absolutely love being Kaylee's parents. She's only been on this earth a tad under 6 months, but it seems like she's been with us forever. Does anyone else understand how we feel? It's just truly amazing. Now we are beginning to understand what it means to have joy in your posterity. Life is great!

Playin' cards with Gramma

Messin' around with my silly Daddy!

This is what I do to get out of taking a nap! Works every time!

Oh, no! She's going after the phone already! And look how sneaky she's being!

She's found a new obsession with her feet...she can't get enough of them.

She was really stylin' in these...

She loves going over to Gramma's house to play.

We couldn't leave uncle Eddie out of the blog. Poor Eddie has done well adjusting to not being the center of Gramma's attention anymore. We're teaching him how to sit up and read just like Kaylee...he seems to be enjoying himself!
I felt the same way. It is truly amazing the joy children bring to us as parents. (well...for the most part)
ReplyDeleteKaylee is so stinking cute!
Yes- I definately know how you feel- and the love gets even stronger over the years!! Especially when you have two such wonderful daughters as we have!!
ReplyDeleteLove, Mom (Gramma)
Cute pictures. She's such a happy baby.
ReplyDeleteDitto! You summed it up well. It's great fun to have a little one around! I love the pants on the head, Jared... Dad's are great from some sillyness! Kaylee is a beautiful girl.
ReplyDeleteHow did I get so far behind? Love ALL of the pictures! She sure is "healthy"...gotta love those thighs! SO kissable!
ReplyDeleteYeah Kaylee!!! Aren't you just so cute? Mommy and Daddy are getting so upset that I haven't left a comment so here's my comment.
