I think that everyone out there has a vegetable that they just hate. Me - it's cooked spinach. Just thinking about it makes me want to...well, you get the idea. Ever wonder what your first reaction was to your oh-so-hated veggie? It's pretty fun watching Kaylee try new foods for the first time. She wasn't a big fan of the green beans (as you can see below). Surprisingly she likes green peas and squash too. That's as far as we've gotten so far. I can't wait to give her fruits! I'm sure that she'll love them. But for now she gets to enjoy the veggies.
Dad! What in the world is this garbage! Are you trying to kill me or what?

It's okay Kaylee...I don't think I would be a huge fan of mushed up green beans either. I can't wait to see you in your costume!

green beans are one of Bryson's favs! Crazy, huh? Can't wait to see the HALLOWEEN pix!
ReplyDeleteGood girl to eat her vegetables. Braeden can't stand them, still. What a cutie pie!
ReplyDeleteHi Jared & Holly,
ReplyDeleteThat was a cute video of Kaylee's first try at green beans. Boston LOVES green beans but HATES peas. Butternut squash was a favorite of his too. Now he won't eat from a spoon--too independent. I miss the spoon days. Now it's all finger, table food. Can't wait to see her costume.
Happy Halloween,
Melissa, Jeremy & Boston
I'm with Kaylee on any of the green veggies. They are nasty. That's why I made my own baby food. They tasted much better to me but the kids still had the same reaction as the bottled ones. Go figure!! Loved the videos.
